We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $33.47/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and qualify up to a $1000 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
