What are we looking for?

A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests

Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

1+ years of spa housekeeping experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment

Passion for organization and cleanliness

Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift

Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.

What would your job responsibilities be?

Bring a genuine, welcoming personality to enhance guest experiences in Spa Operations

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and all Spa public areas

Respond to guest and team needs with professionalism, hospitality, and strong problem‑solving skills

Accommodate special requests whenever possible, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, knowing every element contributes to a memorable spa experience

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively

Support the entire Spa team, including Spa Reception and Therapists, as operational needs arise
