Paradise Lakes Resort is currently seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk/Night Auditor team. We are a clothing-optional resort, and all employees are required to wear uniforms while working.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Reliability is a must.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software
Handle reservations, billing, and guest requests professionally
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems courteously and efficiently
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and balance financial transactions accurately
Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Monitor resort security procedures including CCTV surveillance and safety checks
Control property access and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Prepare detailed shift reports including occupancy, financial activity, incidents, and operational updates
Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all shifts

Qualifications

Must be 21 years old and older
Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, resort operations, or front desk service preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and guest service standards
Ability to work day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
