Job highlights 

• Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
• Attend morning report and treatment planning on the unit assigned 
• Work with the treatment team and Program Director on the unit to assist in applications and discharge plans for patients
• Gather documents to complete applications 
• Make appointments, follow up calls, and coordinate discharge plans with outpatient providers 

Qualifications

• 2 years of college required 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Hospital related experience preferred 

Salary 

• $18.50 starting salary scale. Additional for college degree.
