Lead complex residential HVAC installations in Bend and set the standard for craftsmanship, safety, and customer care. Level 4 installers direct crews, solve advanced technical problems, and deliver complete, well-documented systems.
You’ll lead jobs from setup through customer walkthrough while helping the HVAC Field Manager strengthen crew performance and installation consistency.
- Plan complex installations, assign work, manage labor hours, and keep the crew moving safely.
- Lead heat-pump, furnace, water-heating, ventilation, controls, and ductwork installations.
- Perform advanced refrigeration, airflow, electrical-control, startup, and commissioning work.
- Resolve field conflicts, protect quality and code compliance, and communicate changes promptly.
- Coach installers, complete final documentation, and provide clear customer walkthroughs.

Requirements
- EPA Section 608 certification.
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation, including successful crew-lead experience.
- Advanced knowledge of heat pumps, refrigeration, controls, airflow, duct systems, and commissioning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, lead people, and make sound field decisions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and changing weather.
- Valid driver’s license; NATE, Oregon electrical credentials, duct-design, manufacturer, or Spanish skills are a plus.
