We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in San Carlos, AZ. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in an outpatient setting, with approximately 15% of the role supporting inpatient acute care. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing the therapist to choose between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals
• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting with approximately 15% inpatient acute care responsibilities
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence, mobility, strength, coordination, and daily functioning
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
Requirements
• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Ability to provide care in an outpatient environment and support inpatient acute care patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists may be considered
