Summary:
Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising THRIVE students. Full time.
Qualifications
- S/he shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
- Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities-Duties:
The 3rd shift Direct Care staff is responsible to the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff
- Regular student check during your shift
- Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations
- Laundry
- Assist and prepare breakfast for next shift
- Stock paper products in closet
- Check messages on phone write list
- Set house alarm/charge cameras
- Use the checklist to check supplies
- Search for contraband in rec room, living room, and dining room
- Check: air filters, light bulb and water container
- Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies
- Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
- Become a mentor to students
- All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
- Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
- At least 1 year full time ministry experience
