Shift: Day Shift 

Location: 301 Memorial Medical Parkway, Daytona Beach, FL 32117

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support for regulatory

readiness and quality improvement projects to enhance safety culture and

compliance. This position implements a planned, systemic approach to identify,

design, measure, and monitor all quality improvement activities. Additionally,

this role involves education, training, hands-on participation, leadership,

auditing, and continuous evaluation of patient safety data. In addition, this

position ensures compliance with standards through ongoing assessment and

improvement initiatives. The role contributes to the overall enhancement of

patient safety and quality care within the organization.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Required
  • 3 Work Experience Required
  • Certified Prof in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • 3+ years’ work experience in applicable area
  • Acute Care Experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Six Sigma (SS) Preferred
