Blank Children’s Hospital

Blank Children's Hospital, a service of UnityPoint Health - Des Moines, is completely dedicated to meeting the unique health care needs of children. Blank Children's is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their child's healing and recovery. Everything from equipment to decor is designed specifically for children.

Responsibilities

Blank Children's Hospital is hiring a PMHNP to provide support in an outpatient role.

• See patients in the outpatient clinic each day
• No call, weekends or holidays
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care coordination
• Join two physicians and two APPs in the clinic setting
• Patients range from ages 4-18

Qualifications

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
• Eligible to work in the United States
