• Work closely alongside a seasoned field supervisor for guidance and support on more complex tasks.
• Provide honest, clear communication to homeowners, building trust from the first visit.
• Complete repairs with professionalism and craftsmanship, leaving every home cleaner than you found it.
• Identify and report potential issues that might require advanced attention without any pressure to sell.
