CDL Road and Range Instructor / Coordinator

 

Position Summary

The CDL Road and Range Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the success, safety, and overall quality of the CDL training program. Working closely with the ADOE and instructional team, this position helps ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across classroom, road, and range training environments while promoting student achievement and regulatory compliance.

 

In addition to serving as an instructor, the Coordinator acts as a mentor and resource for faculty and students, helping maintain instructional consistency, supporting faculty development, and reinforcing a strong culture of safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for an experienced CDL professional who is passionate about training the next generation of drivers and committed to delivering hands-on, student-focused education that prepares students for success in the transportation industry.

 

The CDL Road and Range Coordinator also supports operational oversight of equipment, attendance, compliance, and instructional standards to ensure students receive a safe, effective, and industry-aligned learning experience.
