This role is more thansupervisionāit is a ministry opportunity to walk alongside young people, modela life of faith, and help guide them toward spiritual, emotional, and personalgrowth.
The Direct Care Team member serves as a steady, godly presence in the dailylives of students, offering consistency, accountability, and encouragementwithin a structured, faith-based environment.

Requirements
Qualifications
- A clear testimony of faith and evidence of spiritual maturity
- Full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
- Understanding of Christian discipleship and a heart for mentoring youth
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete 30 hours of childcare or related training (provided by NHCA)
- Commitment to maintain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)
- Able to Pass a Background Check to work with AdolescenceĀ
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum of one year of full-time ministry or relevant life experience in mentoring, discipleship, or youth work
