As a Slot Technician, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our slot machines running smoothly and our guests smiling. From repairs to installations, your technical expertise helps create unforgettable experiences for families and friends enjoying their time on the casino floor.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain slot machines and related equipment with precision and care
- Install and configure software to ensure optimal machine performance
- Follow regulatory procedures to keep operations compliant and secure
- Deliver friendly, approachable service that makes every guest feel like part of the Harrah’s family
- Assist guests with questions and provide helpful information with a smile
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Use hand tools, testing equipment, and instruments with confidence and skill
Qualifications
Work Environment
- High‑energy, casino setting
- Exposure to secondhand smoke, bright lights, and loud noise
- Long periods of standing, bending, reaching, and walking
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

What We’re Looking For
- A solid background in electronics and computer hardware/software
- Hands-on experience that shows you’re ready to tackle technical challenges
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Must be 21years of age
- This is a dual property role and will work at Tropicana & Harrah’s Laughlin
- Must have or be able to obtain Nevada Gaming
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
