Surgical Services Supervisor

A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Surgical Services Supervisor to join its surgical department! 

Pay: $43.00 - $55.00 / hourly 

Surgical Services Supervisor Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent position

Surgical Services Supervisor Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily surgical services operations and staff coordination 
  
• Manage surgical schedules, patient flow, equipment, and supplies 
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards 
  
• Support staff development and operational efficiency initiatives 
  

Surgical Services Supervisor Qualifications: 

• Operating room or surgical services experience required 
  
• Previous leadership experience required 
  
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a New Hampshire RN license 
  
• Strong knowledge of surgical services operations
