We are seeking a reliable, professional, and solid RegisteredNurse (RN) to join our growing multi-specialty practice in Monroe,NY. This full-time role will support our Primary Care Department andis ideal for a nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care ina team-oriented environment.
The RN will work closely with providers and clinical staffto support day-to-day patient care, assist with patient assessments, telephonetriage, education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties within theprimary care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting
- Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed
- Administer medications and injections per provider orders
- Support telephone triage and patient follow-up
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and EHR knowledge preferred
Compensation
Salary range of app $42–$48 per hour.
