Job Description:

This role is central to our influencer team, playing a part in developing strategy and having overall responsibility for program delivery from the time strategy is approved to reporting. It requires strong project management experience while ensuring client goals are met every step of the way. Key AccountabilitiesĀ 

  • Supporting theĀ Senior Manager, Influencer MarketingĀ with the development of influencer strategiesĀ across multiple clients and categories.Ā Ā 

  • Owning the creation,Ā delivery, and presentationĀ of influencer partner recommendations and campaignĀ briefs andĀ messaging.Ā Ā 

  • AssistingĀ with project impact forecasting.Ā Ā 

  • WorkingĀ directly with influencer partners to deliver quality content on time that drives results for our clients.Ā Ā 

  • Developing project timelines and ensuring clear communicationĀ toĀ internal team and influencers.Ā Ā 

  • Being an expert at influencer negotiations to ensure we are entering financially sound partnerships with creators.Ā Ā 

  • Supporting the Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing with influencer communications and contracting with talent and their representatives.Ā 

  • Tracking campaign progress and reporting back to yourĀ peopleĀ leaderĀ and clients.Ā 

  • ManagingĀ influencerĀ out of pocket budgets and reporting back to yourĀ peopleĀ leaders to support the team’s overall financial goals.Ā Ā 

  • Overseeing influencer invoicingĀ & billingĀ processes.Ā Ā 

  • Supporting client goals and success by ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of all contracted content.Ā Ā 

  • Making recommendations for campaignĀ content and optimization throughout projects.Ā 

  • AssistingĀ with data analysis and presenting campaign results to clients.Ā 

  • Managing campaignsĀ inĀ the Creator IQ platform.Ā 

  • ApplyingĀ best practices and required client and FTC guidelines to ensure compliance.Ā 

  • Acting as a lens of overall quality control for all client-facing deliverables.Ā 

  • Participating in new business pitches upon request.Ā Ā

Person SpecificationĀ 

  • 2-4Ā years’ minimumĀ applicable experience. Agency experience is preferred.Ā Ā 

  • Strong project management abilities and skills.Ā 

  • Solution-oriented.Ā 

  • Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, Captiv8, or similar.Ā Ā 

  • Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.Ā Ā 

  • Skilled with programs like PowerPoint,Ā WordĀ and Excel.Ā Ā 

  • Experience or interest in managing junior team members.Ā Ā 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ā Ā 

  • Ability to organize and prioritizeĀ large amountsĀ of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.Ā Ā 

  • Strong attention to detail and a belief in personal accountability.Ā Ā 

  • A team and people-focused attitude.Ā Ā 

  • An eagerness to learn from others within all levels of the organization.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Comfort in a remote working environment.Ā Ā

The annual salary range for this position isĀ $51,000 - $75,000.Ā Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorsĀ permittedĀ by law.
