The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed dental clinic and we are looking to hire an Associate Dentist to join their growingpractice in Oxford, OH.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduateor experienced dentist looking to build a long-term career in a supportive,community-focused practice.

About the Practice

  • Comprehensive in-house dental care with a broad range of clinical services
  • Diverse treatment opportunities to support comprehensive patient care
  • Opportunity to provide continuity of care from diagnosis through treatment

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensivegeneral and restorative dentistry while helping expand practice hours andproduction.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00PM

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
  • Perform crowns, bridges, dentures, and prosthetic removals
  • Provide denture-related services and treatment
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with patients
  • Communicate treatment plans and recommendations clearly
  • Support increased practice hours and patient production
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver quality patient care
  • Refer appropriate cases for extractions, implants, and Invisalign
  • Participate in practice training and mentorship as needed

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome
  • General dentistry and restorative dentistry experience
  • Strong denture experience preferred

Additional Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, personable, and easygoing personality
  • Interest in getting to know patients and the local community
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
