Regular Caregiver/CNA Pay: $17–$18 per hour, based on experience and client needs.

Live-In Pay: $272–$288 per day, based on experience and client needs.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Get Started

Current CPR & First Aid certification
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Current auto insurance with your name listed on the policy
At least 1 year of home care experience (required)
Experience providing hands-on care to seniors
Skilled care experience preferred (gait belt, Hoyer lift, transfers, memory care, etc.)
Comfortable using apps/technology for care documentation
