We are seeking a dependable Customer ServiceRepresentative for their Dental Clinic to deliver exceptional service andenhance the patient experience by ensuring a welcoming, timely, and accuratecheck-in process.
Reporting to the Front Office Lead, the CustomerService Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting patients andvisitors with courtesy, professionalism, and respect while creating a positivefirst impression.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and clinic visitorswith a warm, friendly smile
- Greet and assist all patients andvisitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Treat patients, visitors, and staff withdignity, kindness, and compassion
- Deliver exceptional customer service toenhance the patient and staff experience
- Support smooth patient flow by promptlycompleting check-in and communicating next steps
- Verify patient eligibility and assistwith enrollment in additional programs based on program qualifications
- Verify and update patient demographics,insurance, and other required information in the EMR
- Collect payments and follow cash-handlingprocedures established by the Finance Department
- Obtain required patient documentation,including photo ID, insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and/or Social Security cards
- Assist patients with completing requiredforms
- Notify back-office care team memberswhen patients complete the check-in process
- Confirm appointments & follow up onappointment no-shows as directed
- Maintain assigned program logs asdirected by the Clinic Manager or doctor
- Actively participate in assigned careteam meetings
- Complete assigned clinic closing duties,including securing the facility at the end of the shift
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environmentfor patients, families, and staff
- Follow HIPAA standards and maintainstrict patient confidentiality
- Perform other duties andresponsibilities as assigned
What We Are Looking For
Experience, Skills and Attributes
- 1-2 years’ experience working in dentaloffice
- Excellent customer service andprofessional phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills, includingkeyboarding, Windows, and accurate data entry
- Bilingual in English and Spanishpreferred
- Exceptional patient relations andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diversepopulations
