About Concerned Dental Care of Westchester

Your Role as Front Desk Receptionist

As the first point of contact, you'll ensure every patient feels welcomed and supported. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the phone system: Answering, screening, and forwarding calls; taking messages; and scheduling appointments
Welcoming patients: Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing them as needed
Administrative duties: Filing, maintaining records, sorting mail, courier deliveries, and data entry
Financial coordination: Balancing credit transactions, handling basic clerical financial support, and presenting cases to patients
Technology integration: Operating new office systems and utilizing scripts effectively

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years of office or administrative experience (dental or medical office preferred)
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in typing (40+ words per minute)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Customer-Focused Attitude: A commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8AM-5PM
Friday-Saturday: 8AM-3PM * One Saturday per month
