Salary: $45,750-$52,000, based on experience
Our client is an established and growingphotography company known for personal service, thoughtful details, and exceptionalclient experience. They seek an organized, warm, and resourceful professionalto keep their office running smoothly and guide clients through every stage oftheir experience with them.
This is a hands-on role for someonewho enjoys creating order, communicating with clients, and helping a smallbusiness thrive. You will be the central point of coordination for clientcommunication, scheduling, administrative systems, and day-to-day studiooperations.
Whatyou'll do
- Serve as a welcoming and responsive primary contact for clients, answering questions and coordinating next steps.
- Guide clients through onboarding, scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meeting details, and internal deadlines.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM, shared files, and other business systems.
- Track open tasks and client deliverables, following up with team members so commitments are completed on time.
- Prepare polished emails, proposals, meeting notes, service updates, and other client-facing materials.
- Help organize and improve office procedures, checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate daily priorities with the owner and studio team.
- Identify potential client-service issues early and help resolve them thoughtfully.
- Provide occasional support as a stylist after training.
Requirements
Whatwill help you succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management, client service, hospitality, studio coordination, executive support, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, judgment, and follow-through.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Comfort learning CRM, booking, scheduling, and contract platforms.
- A genuine interest in providing attentive, personalized service.
- The initiative to notice what needs attention and take appropriate action.
- Experience in photography, luxury service, hospitality, events, beauty, fashion, or another high-touch client environment is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
