Horne Mazda Tempe is expanding with an ALL-NEW Used Car Reconditioning Department, and we are looking for experienced automotive technicians to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for:

• Used Car Reconditioning Technicians
  
• Used Car Reconditioning Diagnostic Technicians
  

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established recon operation and help build the department from the ground up.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

• $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience
  
• Training Bonus
  
• Lead Technician Bonus
  
• Full-time employment
  
• 4:00 PM–Midnight shift
  
• Competitive hourly compensation
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on used vehicles
  
• Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns
  
• Complete vehicles according to dealership reconditioning standards
  
• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs
  
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
  
• Work efficiently to meet reconditioning department goals
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Communicate repair needs and vehicle status with the recon team
