Commercial Insurance Sales Executive

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to work out of our Voorhees, NJ office 1 day a week.

In Addition, we also offer:

• The base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $120,000/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $100,000 - $180,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.

What do our Sales Agents do?

• Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs that meet the needs of our Commercial clients

• Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients

• Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues

Do you have what it takes?

• An entrepreneurial spirit

• 2+ year experience in commercial insurance required with above-average results

• Active Property & Casualty License required

• Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
