Aesthetic Injector - Med Spa (NP or PA)

A brand new 4Ever Young center opens this fall in Wake Forest, and the provider who takes this role gets what most injectors never get: a clean book, a room set to your preferences, and an owner who already runs an established center fifteen minutes away.

What You'll Do

• Run consults end to end: assessment, education, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  
• Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Botox and Dysport through Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra, plus other injectables within your training, licensure, and scope.
  
• Prescribe and manage the wellness side of the center: hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide programs.
  
• Document cleanly and consistently, including standardized before and after photos.
  
• Collaborate with the medical director and the wellness team on protocols, rebooking, and continuity of care.
  

Requirements

What We Need

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing.
  
• At least one year injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting.
  
• Comfort prescribing and managing hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or peptide programs.
  
• You know your own numbers: monthly production, average ticket, and your split between tox and filler.
  

A wellness panel you have grown yourself, biostimulator or IV therapy experience, an established patient following in Wake County, or a portfolio of your own before and after work are all strong advantages. Strong injectors still building their wellness experience are encouraged to apply. This center runs both sides, and there is room to grow into it.

Schedule & Compensation

$60 to $65 per hour, commensurate with injectable experience and scope of practice, plus commission on the treatments and wellness programs you generate. Some job boards require a posted range, so this band is published for that purpose and the center sets the final offer. We will walk you through exactly how the commission works on our first call. The schedule alternates four-day and five-day weeks, with every other Saturday, so you get a short week after every weekend you work. This is a full-time position. Full-time team members receive paid time off and a stipend toward health insurance, along with ongoing injector training and staff treatment and product discounts.

This Wake Forest center is owned and operated locally by an owner who already runs an established 4Ever Young center in North Raleigh, about fifteen minutes away, so the protocols and the playbook are already running nearby. Serving Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, Raleigh, and the surrounding Wake County area.
