ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a qualified candidate with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance to support our CECOM ASIC ARAT Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) program. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center, now known as the Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC), is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and serves as the Army's hub for rapid, DevSecOps-driven software development and digital modernization. ASIC delivers secure, mission-critical software and capabilities supporting C5ISR systems, enterprise applications, and Electromagnetic Warfare operations.

Within ASIC, the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) is responsible for the rapid analysis, development, testing, validation, and distribution of EW mission software and data. ARAT ensures Army and Joint forces can rapidly adapt to evolving electromagnetic threats through continuous software delivery, automated testing, and modern EW reprogramming pipelines.

Role Summary

Provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to ARAT leadership and technical teams in direct support of the ARAT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission. Manages schedules, visitor access, clearance processing, reporting, and equipment/asset coordination for the ARAT FMS Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex schedules including meetings, appointments, and events for ARAT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Teams.
  • Facilitate visitor management processes including security clearance verification and access control.
  • Support clearance processing and administrative workflows.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and documentation.
  • Process equipment shipping, receiving, and asset management.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Other operational/administrative duties as assigned, including FMS case management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred), or 4 additional years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on administrative support and coordination.
  • Proven track record managing complex schedules and coordinating events for senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in operations or project management (PMP, CAPM).
  • Prior experience supporting Army or DoD operations centers.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) / security cooperation processes, or prior support to an FMS team.
  • Experience with equipment shipping/receiving, property accountability, or asset management.
  • Familiarity with CECOM / ASIC / ARAT programs or the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) mission.

Security Clearance & Eligibility

A minimum of an active U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance is required for this position. U.S. citizenship is required for access to Army systems and facilities. Final clearance and eligibility requirements will be confirmed against the governing task order and verified during the hiring process. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
