This position serves as the frontline representative of the bank and plays a critical role in developing positive relationships with customers by promoting bank products and services. Key Responsibilities 路 Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs. 路 Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing. 路 Maintain and balance a cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy. 路 Follow all bank policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 路 Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services or personnel. 路 Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer and bank information. 路 Assist with opening and closing procedures, including vault duties as needed. 路 Support branch goals and participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications路 High school diploma or equivalent. 路 Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred. 路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 路 Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 路 Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays if required. 路 Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn bank systems. Working Conditions Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
