Work days/Shift Hours – Monday-Friday 5 AM-Complete
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.15 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Â

General Purpose
Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available. Â Â
- Assist with change overs as necessary. Â Â
- Safely operate and monitor all equipment. Â Â
- Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department. Â Â
- Maintain required records. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Â Â
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.Â
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Â
- Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required. Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.Â
