Our mission is to support recovery through compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a structured and supportive environment. Position Overview The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. This position is responsible for monitoring client safety, facilitating daily activities, and providing direct support to ensure a therapeutic and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and document client behavior, safety, and progress throughout shifts Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a residential or outpatient setting Assist with daily activities, including meals, hygiene, and structured programming Facilitate or support group sessions and recreational activities as needed Conduct routine room checks and ensure compliance with program rules Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding client status and concerns De-escalate situations and support clients in crisis when necessary Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment strongly preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Basic computer skills for documentation Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and sick time 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing training and professional development Qualifications
