Autoskin Production Engineer

Description

Position Summary: Support production planning, process optimization, and raw material management to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Monitor production performance, maximize yield, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Role Description: Responsible for production planning, process monitoring, raw material management, inventory control, and continuous process improvement. Works closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure stable operations, optimal material availability, and efficient manufacturing performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP, WMS, and MES systems for production planning, monitoring, and inventory management.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize production processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor daily production activities and analyze production performance to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
• Manage and plan raw material requirements to support production schedules and minimize shortages.
• Maximize production yield through continuous process monitoring and improvement.
• Optimize raw material utilization to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvement.
• Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production and material consumption data to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.
• Investigate production and material-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field.

• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Raw Material Management
• Inventory Management
• Process Optimization and improvement
• Quality Control Analysis 
• Understanding principles of polymer chemistry 
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• English & Korean Bilingual preferred

Physical Demands:  

• Position requires minimal lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
• Position requires occasional walking and standing in a manufacturing environment.
