The Manager, Growth & Field Marketing will drive referrer growth, physician engagement, and patient volume across our national footprint. This role supports both Solis Mammography and Washington Radiology, with a focus on strategic referring-physician relationships, sales enablement, JV partner management, and HCP-facing growth campaigns.
This position will build and scale programs that deepen engagement with existing referrers, identify and activate new referral sources, and equip sales teams with the tools and content they need to grow physician-driven volume. This person will also support JV partner relationships and lead HCP activation for new center openings.

Here is what you will need:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on sales enablement, referrer/provider marketing, or lead generation
- Experience in healthcare, retail or multi-location brands
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign builds, testing, and optimization
- Collaborative, curious, and data-driven with a bias toward action
- Excellent communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience working directly with a sales team/salesforce, ideally in a B2B or referrer-marketing context, is a strong plus
A Day in the Life of a Manager, Growth & Field Marketing:
- Partner with Sales leadership and field teams to understand their goals, and then develop strategic, referrer volume-driving campaigns aligned with sales team priorities and field-surfaced insights, owning stakeholder alignment, projected volume outcomes, program development, execution and reporting.
- Map the referrer journey to pinpoint leakage points and opportunities to improve the provider experience, and build re-engagement programs that win back inactive or declining referrers.
- Develop sales enablement tools, including referral kits and HCP collateral libraries, and create clinical content that supports AE-style conversations with referring providers.
- Convert successful market-level tactics and field learnings into repeatable, national-scale toolkits and playbooks.
- Lead program management of consumer marketing campaigns developed by marketing leadership. This includes aligning stakeholders across Digital, Sales, Brand, and Operations, to drive execution, maintaining project tracker sheets and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage select partner relationships to organize activities around new center openings and stakeholder reporting.
- Provide as-needed support for center-level and market requests as surfaced by the operations team.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all campaign deliverables.
