Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office.

Working closely with the Staff Relations Manager and restaurant operators, the Staff Relations Specialist addresses important staff and manager concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues. Their responsibilities include conducting timely and thorough investigations, supporting operations in delivering disciplinary notices, and recommending terminations in collaboration with the Staff Relations Manager. Additionally, the Staff Relations Specialist interprets and applies company policies, provides guidance on disciplinary actions, ensures compliance with employment laws, and consistently upholds and promotes our company culture and brand values.

  • Execute in-depth investigations, covering a wide range of business and HR matters like harassment and policy breaches, ensuring meticulous and impartial results.
  • Provide insightful support and guidance to key stakeholders, Operations Leadership, and employees on personnel practices, policies, and employment laws, with clear recommended actions.
  • Handle diverse tasks with expertise, from resolving staff complaints to guiding supervisors and employees on policy and procedure interpretation.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, using your knowledge to uphold all federal, state, local, and company guidelines and laws.
  • Embody the company’s core mission and values, promoting integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  • Develop critical reports using the case management system, Ethics Point, for comprehensive analysis and actionable insights.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to support investigative findings, ensuring accurate and meaningful conclusions.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies and procedures, aligning all actions with company and legal requirements.

What we require:



  • 1+ years of Employee Relations/Investigations experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Knowledgeable of Human Resources best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to use a high level of tact, diplomacy, discretion and empathy/understanding in a business environment with a diverse employee base
