Destination Nissan of Albany is hiring for a Body Shop Estimator. The Estimator helps facilitate a smooth process for body shop customers by estimating jobs, working closely with insurance carriers, and handles administrative duties for the Body Shop. Responsibilities:

• Write accurate and timely estimates for collision repairs
• Write accurate and timely estimates for collision repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers/adjusters.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with our team of technicians to ensure high-quality repair
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stay up-to-date with the latest repair methods and technologies
• Prepares final billing for completed repair orders

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience writing estimates in a body shop
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Valid New York state adjusters /appraiser license
