POSITION SUMMAYRY: This position assists with planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of a proactive continuous survey readiness program for the organization designed to reduce and eliminate the risk of injury to patients, visitors, and employees.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Nursing or a related field; OR equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of two years' accreditation experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Experience applying quality management/performance improvement and customer service approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
