Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

About the Position

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support adults across New Mexico in a fully remote behavioral health setting. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health and life challenges, with attention to both their clinical needs and the circumstances that may be affecting their wellbeing. The position calls for someone who can build trust, think beyond symptoms, and help clients move through care with the right level of support and connection to resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical and psychosocial assessments
  • Develop treatment plans based on client needs and identified concerns
  • Monitor progress and determine when additional services or referrals are appropriate
  • Coordinate care with internal clinicians and community-based providers
  • Connect clients with relevant resources when additional support is needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
  • Communicate care updates with authorized members of the treatment team
  • Follow confidentiality, ethical, legal, and professional requirements
  • MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
  • A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
  • Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
  • Strong communication and case documentation skills
