Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are seeking an LPCC to provide individual counseling through a fully remote practice serving clients in New Mexico. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to focus on direct clinical care within a clearly defined practice model.

Key Areas of Practice

Client Care
Conduct individual telehealth sessions, establish treatment goals, and provide ongoing counseling based on each client’s needs.

Treatment Planning
Develop and periodically reassess treatment plans, using client progress to guide adjustments in care.

Clinical Documentation
Maintain accurate session notes, treatment records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Professional Standards
Practice in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and professional requirements, while participating in quality assurance and clinical review processes.

  • Active LPCC license in New Mexico
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
  • Prior clinical counseling experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 weeks Paid Time Off
