We have the latest in automation and technology in the United States, and are looking for a customer-oriented Facilities Custodian.

We are seeking a Maintenance Custodial to join our team at Bluewater Linen, where cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are essential to daily operations. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility that supports production efficiency and employee wellbeing. Your work ensures a safe and welcoming environment for our team, visitors, and partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, locker rooms, common areas, and immediate exterior areas..
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in production and non-production areas.
• Empty trash, recycling, and waste containers and dispose of materials properly.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, handrails, door handles, and shared equipment.
• Restock restroom, breakroom, and janitorial supplies.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and sanitation standards.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to supervision.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to guidelines.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, floor care, or special facility cleanups.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Support cleanliness needs related to production operations or facility events.
• Be able to pass a cleanliness inspection following a checklist.
• Maintain clean, safe and presentable outdoor areas including parking areas, walkways and surrounding property grounds.
• Maintain accurate inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, tools and other departmental materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
