Heritage Companies is growing our Security team, and we’re looking for dependable & professional Security Officers to join us at multiple locations throughout Albuquerque.

Heritage will pay for your Level 1 Guard Card and additional required certifications, including CPR, giving you the opportunity to build valuable credentials while joining one of New Mexico’s leading hospitality organizations.

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you’ll help protect our guests, team members and properties while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor property activity
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and visitors
• Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances and safety concerns
• Monitor entrances, exits and other designated areas
• Document incidents and complete security reports
• Assist guests and team members when security support is needed
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns
• Communicate professionally with Security leadership and property management
• Follow established emergency, safety and security procedures
• Provide a security presence that is professional, helpful and hospitality-focused

• Willingness to complete required security training and certifications
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on location and business needs
• Previous security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, customer service or similar experience is a plus
