The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, demonstrated leadership ability, and at least one year of progressive casino table games experience. Successful candidates will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction, game integrity, and team development. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications, work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and uphold the core values of Laguna Development Corporation.
