Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
As an Associate I, you'll support Federal process efficiency projects that strengthen national security and preparedness capabilities. This role is designed for someone who can lead complex tasks or support single-workstream projects while continuing to build broader consulting, client service, and process automation skills. To be successful in this role, you'll need to contribute in four key areas:
Project Work: Lead and support task-level initiatives related to knowledge management, process improvement, automation, technology, and training based on contractual requirements. Help organize workplans, track progress, communicate risks, and deliver client-ready products on schedule. Contribute to project coordination, quality control, meeting support, and documentation while collaborating effectively with project managers and team members.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as an effective client liaison consistent with project role by communicating clearly, documenting decisions, preparing meeting materials, capturing outcomes, and aligning work with client goals. Build trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and a practical understanding of client needs.
Subject-Matter Knowledge: Build competency in knowledge management, process improvement, and process automation while maintaining broad consulting agility across practice areas and service lines. Support the design, documentation, testing, and rollout of practical solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, Excel, and related collaboration platforms. Apply structured problem-solving, requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, data organization, and change support to help teams improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and make information easier to access and use.
Leadership and Culture: Contribute to a collaborative team culture by setting clear expectations on assigned tasks, asking thoughtful questions, taking ownership of work, incorporating feedback, and supporting teammates. Provide task-level guidance when appropriate while continuing to build delegation, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Every CONSTANT team member is expected to proactively contribute to our positive and collaborative culture by upholding our core values of integrity, service, quality, team, and gratitude.
