What you'll do
- Guide, train, and support CNAs and Resident Assistants during the evening shift
- Help build and adjust staff schedules alongside the Community Care Manager
- Deliver hands-on resident care and step in on the floor when staffing needs it
- Check resident care plans and flag changes to the care team
- Support residents' social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
- Set the tone for a steady, respectful shift and keep communication open across the team
What you'll need
Required:
- Resident Assistant (RA) and/or Certified Nursing (CNA) experience required
- Training in a health-related discipline or hands-on direct care experience
- Exciting CNA Leadership opportunity to grow and expand your clinical leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior supervisory and scheduling experience
- Technology proficient
Pay and benefits
$23.50–$25.00/hour, based on experience. Schedule
Full-time, evening shift, 80 hours per two-week pay period, every other weekend, with on-call every four weeks.
