Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company standards.
Operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
