Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track sources and uses of funds.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare variance analyses and financial reports.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support investor, lender, and auditor requests.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.
Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Accounting or Finance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
