Support the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in the implementation, maintenance, and user support of CADD software and engineering workspaces. Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot user issues, develop documentation and training materials, and help evaluate and implement new CADD technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide user support, software installation, and ServiceNow ticket resolution.
Support Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation, InRoads, and related CADD applications.
Develop and maintain CADD standards, best practices, and documentation.
Assist with software testing, implementation, and user training.
Document business processes and recommend CADD technology improvements.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of CADD software support, implementation, or development experience.
Experience with Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, MicroStation, InRoads, or similar CADD platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Public sector or transportation experience preferred.
Transportation engineering background is a plus.
Python preferred; Visual Basic knowledge is a plus.
