Job DetailsJob Location: Reservation Wide - WASalary Range: $20.34 - $20.34 HourlyCLOSING DATE: Open Continuously with weekly reviews POSITION: Short Notice EMT/ Firefighter I SALARY: $20.34, per hour REPORTS TO: Fire Chief LOCATION: Inchelium/ Nespelem, WA  Basic Functions: This is an nonexempt position.  Short Notice position is an on-call role, and applicants must be prepared to report to work within one hour of receiving notification.  EMTs respond to medical emergencies; provide patient care, support and evaluation in a pre¬ hospital setting, on scene and during transport to the hospital. This generally includes assessing the patient, determining the proper emergency care and administers treatment. Firefighter I performs explicit general duty firefighting, rescue, and responds to emergency calls to protect life and property. Participates in fire prevention activities that include, but are not limited to, and public safety education, emergency medical services and education programs such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation Qualifications
