Position Summary

Panacea Financial Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to join Doctors Advisory Group (“DAG”) and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to physician owners, medical groups, and healthcare practices. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting client relationships, providing high-level financial and operational guidance, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of DAG’s advisory platform.

 

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare-focused accounting, tax, and advisory services, along with strong executive presence and relationship management skills. This role is well-suited for someone coming from a Partner, Director, Managing Director, or Senior Manager-level background within a healthcare accounting firm, advisory practice, or consulting organization. The Senior Advisor must be comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities


Client Advisory & Relationship Management

    • Serve as a strategic advisor to physician owners, healthcare operators, and medical practices across a range of financial and operational matters
    • Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships rooted in trust and long-term partnership
    • Advise clients on financial performance, profitability, tax planning, compensation structures, cash flow, and operational strategy
    • Support clients through complex business decisions, growth initiatives, and practice optimization efforts
    • Translate financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations for clients

 

Leadership & Operational Support

    • Partner with DAG leadership to support the continued growth and scalability of the advisory business
    • Mentor and support internal team members across client delivery and operational workflows
    • Help improve processes, best practices, and scalable advisory frameworks
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, tax, operations, and leadership teams

 

Business Development & Growth

    • Support business development efforts through networking, relationship-building, and referral generation
    • Participate in prospective client conversations, presentations, and proposals
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and advisory offerings
    • Represent DAG and Panacea professionally within healthcare and professional services communities


Qualifications & Experience

  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience within accounting, healthcare advisory, consulting, or professional services
  • Significant experience working with physician groups, medical practices, dental practices, or healthcare organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare practice financial operations, tax structures, and business strategy
  • Experience managing and advising executive-level client relationships
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
