 Full Time Live In Nanny/Household Manager – Sudbury, MA 

A father in Sudbury, MA, 01776 is seeking a compassionate, proactive live-in nanny and household manager to support his family and serve as a stabilizing, nurturing presence for his two children (ages 8 and 12). The ideal caregiver will provide structured care and guidance for the children while running the day-to-day management of the household. 

Schedule: 

• Work Days: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Off Days: Saturday and Sunday (Days off are flexible)
• Full-time, live-in
• Note: Potential for additional paid weekend hours if interested

Family Specifications:

• Smoke free home
• 1 Golden Retriever

Responsibilities:

• Childcare & Guidance: Provide attentive daily care, establish gentle discipline and routine, and act as a positive role model and supportive figure for the children.
• Meal Preparation: Cook breakfast, prepare school lunches, and cook and clean up after dinner daily.
• Household Management: Handle dishwashing, family laundry, and general household organization.
• Home Coordination: Manage home maintenance needs as they arise (e.g., contacting service technicians for repairs like HVAC).
• Pet Care: Let the family's Golden Retriever outside as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in nanny care, household management, or child development
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

Preferred:

• First Aid/CPR certifications
• Background or experience in mental health preferred

Compensation:

• $30.00 – $35.00/hour
• Private bedroom provided
