Apply Today!   Overview: Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Summary: Mr. Greens is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to help us achieve growth, retention, and sales goals through quality customer service and a deep understanding of our products and services. This position will be based in our Miami office. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty. Make daily calls to customers to inform them of product shortages and potentially offer alternative solutions. Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Respond to customer queries regarding products and services. Process phone and email orders from customers. Check stock availability and provide delivery ETA. Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates. QualificationsQualifications: High School Education or equivalent. Previous inside sales/customer service experience required. Data entry, organization, multitasking and customer focus skills required. Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency of Word, Excel, Outlook. Self-motivated and with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the produce/foodservice industry is preferred. Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings. Must live in the Miami area.
