Linde Gas and Equipment Inc is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Helium Lift Group team located in Allentown, PA.

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting National Account Customers.

Sales Support Specialist

·         Process customer orders via telephone and email.

·         Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.

·         Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems while interacting internally with branch location support.

·         Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems.

·         Solves range of straightforward problems and delivery solutions in a timely manner.

·         Communicates clearly and follows up to closing the loop on open customer needs.

·         Cylinder audit support.

·         Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a must along with internal programs to track and report customer information as needed.

Requirements

·         High School Diploma or GED required.

·         Prior Sales Support experience is preferred.

·         Microsoft Excel skills are required.

·         Individuals must have strong organizational and leadership skills, can multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail.
