POSITION SUMMARY

  • Transition new billing teams into Radiology Partners’ Revenue Cycle operations.
  • Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards.
  • Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects
  • Establish effective communication between billing teams and RCM resources, including Coding, Analytics, and IT.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and drive results.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, collections, medical billing, CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, financial reporting, and collections processes; radiology RCM experience preferred.
  • Experience with billing systems, payer setup/configuration, and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement projects, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance strategic and detailed thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of related experience, including 4–5+ years of revenue cycle supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume managed care environment.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $97,700 - $146,500. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
