What You'll Do
- Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Network and pursue new clients through a conscientious but persistent approach.
- Learn about each customer's unique needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist customers with policy updates, changes, renewals, and other service needs when needed.
- Address customer concerns and work to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Use a needs-based approach to help customers make informed insurance decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
